Financial Aid & Application Assistance
Local Scholarships:
FAFSA:
The FAFSA is the Free Application for Federal Student Aid, and it is required for all college-bound students to submit every year that you attend college. Families should plan to fill this out with their student as it requires financial information that students may not know. This page answers many of the questions you may have. This form will ultimately result in financial aid offers from the federal government as well as the colleges students are accepted to.
Financial Aid Support Night:
We are hosting a FAFSA & Financial Aid Support Night at LUHS (date TBA). We will have our VSAC rep Katie Gesser there to help families navigate the FAFSA and answer any other questions you might have about the financial aid process.
Are you thinking about going to college? Will you be the first in your family? Talk to your school’s VSAC Counselor, Katie Gesser, about joining Talent Search – a far-reaching program to help students and families pay for college. Email Katie at gesser@vsac.org to apply!

Graduation Photo Information

My name is Thea Koch and I am the owner of TK Photography. This is my second year taking over the graduation photos. I am a former graduate of LUHS and I am very excited to have the opportunity to offer the following packages for you. I worked really hard to ensure there is a package that suits every family. EVERY graduate will be receiving a digital image of when he/she walks across the stage and receives their diploma. Read below to learn about the other graduation options!
I will be at Lamoille Union all day offering a variety of packages listed below. The morning will start with private SCHEDULED only mini sessions. These sessions will be 20 minutes long. This is the time for you and your graduate to come and get a private session with me to capture memories with families and individual images of just the graduate. These sessions will be taking place at Lamoille Union High School ON graduation day, June 14th. Please follow the link below to book your session. THERE ARE VERY LIMITED SPOTS OPEN FOR BOOKING, USE THE LINK BELOW TO BOOK NOW!
If you do not get a spot for these sessions, DON'T worry. I will be offering extended Cap and Gown Mini Sessions at a later date. Follow my Facebook page TK Photography VT to stay in the loop about these.
During the graduation ceremony, I will be set up to capture an image of every graduate walking across the stage and after he/she has their diploma in hand for NO COST. EVERY family will get a digital image of their graduation ceremony image. There will be options offered for an additional cost for specific products and wall art. If interested in wall art you will have the opportunity to do so after seeing your child's image.
Following the graduation ceremony, I will set up to take graduate family and friend photos. This would be an amazing time to get the professional photo taken with your extended family, friends, elementary school classes etc.
Please feel free to reach out with any questions about graduation day. I can be reached via email, call or text.
